Tanner Corrington is a character in the science fiction comedy television series Resident Alien. He is portrayed by Robert Moloney.
Character overview[]
Tanner Corrington is an associate of Galvan/Powell Group, a firm based in New York of an uncertain nature. He is involved in the company's shady dealings and is not above committing murder or encouraging others to do the same to get what he wants.
Tanner confronts Harry Vanderspeigle in New York, believing him to be the human Harry Vanderspeigle. He tells Harry to get rid of incriminating medical records and when Harry is vague about whether or not he's done so, he sends two Galvan/Powell goons to try to attack and kill Harry and Asta. He later follows Harry back to his cabin in Patience and attempts to kill him personally, only for Asta to shoot and kill him instead.
D'arcy Bloom discovers what has happened, but does not know the whole truth, knowing only that Asta that Tanner because he was attempting to kill her and Harry. She aids the two of them in the coverup. Asta, however, begins to feel guilt as this is the first time she has taken a life.

- Tanner Corrington's name has not been stated aloud on the series Resident Alien. It appears at the top of a list of names discovered by Sheriff Mike Thompson and Deputy Liv Baker in the office of Sam Hodges. A behind-the-scenes video and an article on the Parade website revealed that Corrington is the man who directed Harry Vanderspeigle to kill Sam Hodges.[1][2]
